The Gulf roster has grown faster than we expected, and running every feed on Beirut time stopped making sense somewhere around the third brand of the quarter. Local hands mean posts that land on the right hours, better cultural read and fewer surprises during holidays.

Beirut remains the strategy base. Dubai is now a full content base rather than a satellite.
