Last updated June 2026. Template copy for nascode, replace with your reviewed legal text before launch.
1. Agreement to terms
By engaging nascode ("we", "us", "the agency") or using this website, you ("the client") agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with an engagement.
2. Services
We provide digital services including strategy, branding, web development, SEO, paid media and performance reporting. The specific deliverables, scope and timeline for each engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or statement of work.
3. Proposals, scope & changes
Quotes are based on the scope agreed at the time of proposal. Work requested beyond that scope may affect pricing and timelines and will be confirmed in writing before it begins.
4. Payment
Fees, currency, and the payment schedule are set out in the proposal. Unless stated otherwise, an initial payment is required before work starts, and invoices are due within the period noted on each invoice. Late or non-payment may pause active work.
5. Revisions & approvals
Each phase includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Client feedback should be consolidated and provided within agreed review windows so timelines can be met. Sign-off on a phase confirms approval to proceed.
6. Intellectual property
Ownership of final delivered assets transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless confidentiality is requested in writing. Third-party assets, fonts and licenses remain subject to their own terms.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep non-public information shared during the engagement confidential and to use it only for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
8. Third-party services
Engagements may rely on third-party platforms (hosting, advertising networks, analytics and similar). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes or pricing changes imposed by those providers.
9. Warranties & liability
We deliver services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes such as rankings, revenue or traffic.
10. Termination
Either party may end an engagement with written notice as defined in the proposal. Work completed and costs committed up to the termination date remain payable.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Beirut, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
12. Contact
