A regional launch is not one campaign in five markets. It is five feeds that have to feel like one brand.

We built a single content system in Beirut, then worked with local creators in each market rather than dubbing one campaign into five dialects. The visual language, the tone and the hashtags stayed fixed. The faces and the slang changed.

The lesson was creator briefing. A vague brief gets you an ad nobody watches. A tight brief with room to improvise gets you a post that reads as real.

Approval speed set the pace, not budget. We signed off on formats early and let creators publish on their own rhythm, which is the only rhythm the algorithm rewards.
